1. Definitions

2.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Allowing any other person to access or use your account.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other methods to disguise your location or identity.
• Engaging in collusion, cheating, or any form of fraudulent activity.
• Attempting to manipulate or exploit software vulnerabilities or game mechanics.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

123pul accepts deposits through various Indonesian payment methods including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Permata, BSI, and e-wallets such as OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

• Minimum deposit amount is Rp 10,000 unless otherwise specified for certain payment methods.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly or within minutes, depending on the payment method and banking institution.
• You may only use payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

3.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000.
• Withdrawals can only be made to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your name and verified during the KYC process.
• First-time withdrawals and large withdrawals may require additional verification, which can take up to 24 hours.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 5-15 minutes during business hours (Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00 WIB). Outside these hours, processing may take longer.
• You must wager your deposit at least once before requesting a withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

5. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

8. Account Suspension and Termination

• We suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• The player is found to be underage or using false identity documents.
• The account is being used by someone other than the registered account holder.

8.2 Voluntary Closure

Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to the player after deduction of any applicable fees or pending obligations.
